FSML is thrilled to welcome Gerald T. (Jerry) Murphy to the firm as a partner in the Long Island Office. Jerry has 25 years of experience defending high-exposure claims in medical malpractice and general liability matters. He brings a broad base of knowledge to the firm in the litigation of catastrophic injury claims in State and Federal Court in New York. Aside from defending physicians and hospitals in alleged malpractice claims, Jerry has developed a reputation as a zealous advocate for his clients in the defense of complex general liability claims, including Labor Law, construction, premises, municipal liability and skilled nursing and rehabilitation cases.
